Unlimited Group Exercise and Aquatic classes are included free of charge, along with use of the whirlpool, steam, sauna and Childcare. Members can enjoy complimentary fitness evaluations (measurements, body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, blood pressure and goal setting) every month and demonstrations of the cardiovascular and circuit-training resistance machines at no charge. IHRSA and IPFA travel privileges are available for members on the go.
