With 50 to 60 classes each week in most locations, our Group eXercise schedule will provide you with a variety of formats, times and types of classes. From Cardio Strip, Hip Hop, Latin Dance and Zumba to Kickboxing, AWT, Yoga, Pilates and everything in between, you will be eX-ertained by the area’s top fitness professionals.
Our Aquatic programming is second to none! The pool offers a non-impact workout that can be tailored to the special needs, beginner or advanced participant. Class formats vary from specific arthritis and special populations to the more intense aqua challenge.
